The product is built. The game system works. Here's how we bring it to life in every city in the world.

The Vision
Travel like a local. Compete like a tourist.
TTT has always been about more than tuk tuks. It's about taking the local form of travel and turning it into a tournament. Tuk tuks in Sri Lanka. Auto-rickshaws in India. Horses in Mongolia. Utes in Australia.
Travel Tournament extends that vision to every city in the world. Same game system - zones, monsters, challenges, real-time leaderboard - compressed into a single day. Explore by bike, on foot, or by public transport. Whatever fits the city.
The reason this hasn't come to life yet in all these markets and formats is having the right people with the time, expertise and passion to make it happen. That's what we're offering.
We've built the product. We've designed the game system. We've mapped 5 European cities. We're ready to be your growth team - bringing the Travel Tournament to life, city by city, summer by summer.

The launch trip is about proving the format and building relationships. We host a tournament in each city, capture marketing-ready video and photo content, get testimonials, and meet hostel partners face-to-face. The revenue from the tour itself is modest - the real value is city-specific content assets and setting up the licensing model that generates recurring revenue year-round.
Growth Plan
What the next 12 months looks like
5 European cities this summer, then global expansion through TTT's existing tournament calendar and new markets.

Year 2 expansion tour
Each city compounds. Every new city becomes a permanent source of revenue - through hostel licensing, always-on solo play, or both. The game map is built once and generates returns indefinitely. By mid-2027, Travel Tournament could be live in 15+ cities across 4 continents.
Next Steps
Let's make this happen
We're flying to Europe on the 30th of July. We're touring these 5 cities and have secured a hostel partner. If you'd also like us to run the Travel Tournament as a test, let us know.
Here's the proposed next steps if so:
Proposed next steps
Decide whether you want us to be your Growth Team and run a test
Discuss Growth Team compensation arrangement
We run 5 test tournaments - Barcelona, Rome, Berlin, Copenhagen, Paris
Review the results together - what worked, what didn't, what the hostel partners said
Decide on next steps - licensing model, compensation, Year 2 expansion
